Provision of food on the day of the wedding is gratefully appreciated, but not essential. If you are unable to provide a meal on the day, you automatically agree for myself to leave your venue for up to 1.5hrs to arrange my own hot meal. Please provide this information below so that alternative arrangements can be made:
P.s. The best time for us to be fed is at the beginning of dinner, typically right after you both are served. This is to allow us to finish eating before events resume. Many caterers like to feed us last after all the guests, but this doesn't work because speeches/ parent dances/ and cake cutting start to happen towards the end of dinner and then we don't have time to eat/break. Please could you mention this to your wedding coordinator/caterer about the importance of being fed early. Also, it's usually best for us to sit in a separate area so we can back up/ edit previews etc.
Are there any surprises I should be aware of on the day?
Is there any extra information you’d like to tell me?
I’d love to tag your wonderful suppliers in any images I share, if you could let me know some of the people you’ve chosen here I’ll make sure to give them a shout out:

Do you want a first look with any family members after getting ready? (Eg/ bride with dad, bride with bridesmaids, etc.):
Are you having a first look with your partner before the ceremony?
This is common for winter weddings when the couple would like their portraits session before the ceremony due to shorter daylight
Are you doing a letter exchange that you would like photographed?
Are you having a confetti shot?
If yes, when?
Any special effects & other photos:
Bouquet toss, sparkler exit, smoke bombs, champagne spray etc...
Are there any important people you'd like me to capture?
Please remember that I don't know who is important to you, unless you tell me. Only you know who is most important, I typically try to get candids of all guests but if you would love more photos of your nana, let me know here!
Are there any specific photos you would like to request?
